Instructions: Walk through the epigraph portal, but as far as I know it's only happened to me. How many times did you recreate this bug?: I have gotten stuck in the ground after walking through the epigraph portal and died around 5 times. Result: The result was me dying and losing my stuff. Expected Result: N/A Evidence: I had to get Moderators to help me find my stuff after dying.
