This has happened a lot of times. It happens when you get glitched in a block and lag back to it, and the console thinks you are flying(or hacking), so you get kicked. I have not seen a donator with fly get kicked before. But if they have, then personally, I would think that it would be verified as a bug. Just try not to get glitched in blocks. This most likely happens when you get glitched in a block above the ground
