Brief Description: When combining 2 shovels to make an eff5 tool in an anvil, it never works. This only seems to be the problem with shovels though.

    Instructions:

    1) Get 2 eff4 shovels
    2) Put them in anvil
    3) Take out result
    4) You should end up losing your exp and getting the original two shovels.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: 3

Result: 2 shovels came out and I lost exp.

Expected Result: I get the result of the combination of shovels.

Evidence: Ask captpopcorn. He was the victim.

The exp was only lost clientside.
The minecraft server calculates enchantment cost differently than the client. (Silly, right?)
So, a client says it needs less exp while the server says it needs more, so when you don't have enough exp it simply throws them out and gives you the exp back. (check with /exp or by relogging)
