Instructions: It seems to happen with my enchanted books, so put an item in with an enchanted book and try to combine it. How many times did you recreate this bug?: At least 8 times. Result: I lost my exp, yet still had my two separate items. Expected Result: Well, I thought they might combine and become a new item. Evidence: I can show you if you want.
