I got the exact same error when I right clicked some random gate sign I found in the mining world... Difference is, it did give me a message saying it toggled, and the error message appeared about 15 times instantly for only one click.
Disable chairs in the configuration, unless you want them... Then allow permission for them. Is more information available?
