    Cannot combine tools on the anvil

    Instructions:
    1. Get tools
    2. Place in slots
    3. Combine
    4. Tools pop out
    ..

    How many times did you recreate this bug?:
    5 or 6
    Result:
    Tools are not combined
    Expected Result:
    Tools get combined

    Evidence:
    @Avowin and @drowinginpizza also both tried and failed

    Wasn't mentioned above, but it's two items with ID (owned) I tested with unowned items without ID's and it worked, but if you have a tool owned by yourself, or just a tool with an ID you cannot combine, it just pops it out

    Bump! Did not work for @sick24 with two unowned items... One included two diamond pickaxes and one includes a pick and a ebook. Both were unsuccessful. @JamieSinn

    @pikachuchase did they have lore on them? If so, they still don't work as they have the ID like own'd ones do
