The one in my inv can't be placed, however, but it is still there. Instructions: 1. Break a block. 2. right click the block in front of u 3. It will stay in ur inv and go to the ground at the same time. That means it's not a bug related to ECC in any way, it's a problem in minecraft. It doesn't do anything, so it doesn't need a bug report.
