    I'm not recieving alerts on my watched threads when they have the "awaiting moderation" thing

    Instructions:
    Make a thread in lwc requests, watch the thread & once it's been done/replied to you wont receive an alert

    How many times did you recreate this bug?:
    Multiple times

    Result:
    Not recieving an alert from a reply on my watched threads

    Expected Result:
    Recieving an alert on threads I've watched
