Can't reproduce. Unless someone can reproduce it properly I can't do anything nor can I verify if you lost it. Try to remember exactly what you did and how you did it and I'll keep trying to see if I can reproduce the same issue.
There is a very, very remote case that your client managed to send two interact events before the server could reply with the cancellation of them. If this happened, you would indeed lose your star rocket. Unfortunately, this is almost impossible to replicate as it only occurs when a player has very high ping. @Server Admin - please replace the star rocket and use Ownadmin to track it. I'm interested if it can be tracked
