Instructions: Use an ability, soon after it runs out it will tell you its refreshed and try to use it and it will say you are too tired. How many times did you recreate this bug?: 10+ Result: Says I'm too tired after it says refreshed within 5 seconds Expected Result: Not say it at all or simply refresh the ability Evidence:
I've noticed that it seems to tell you it's refreshed a few seconds after it actually is. You would have used it as soon as it refreshed but before it could notify you. So by the time it can notify you you've already used it. Happens to me all the time because I use it the second it refreshes.
