While travelling through the portal you get "thrown" around if you will without an idea of where you may end up; either pvp or rising. Sometimes leaving you stranded on either side of the portal. Instructions: Enter pvp portal How many times did you recreate this bug?: At least 5 times Result: First time I was stranded on the pvp side of the portal and couldn't get back to rising, then after a few more portal entried made it back to rising but it was "screwy" as shown in videos. Something to note - it always showed "You don't have permission to use this command" - since I assume this is my /nv macro when going to Rising, this looks like evidence that it actually teleports to the world before it brings you back to the other.
This is happening again... PvP - Broken. Mining world - Broken. Nether - Broken. Main world portals (Market, Rising/Legacy, tutorial) - working.
Yeah, the portals have been acting strange lately. It somehow works as expected if you stay still while entering the portal though.
I have experienced this issue intermittently with all portals. For me, flying while using the portals has eliminated all buggy aspects.
