[Bug Report] Melon Sword Disappeared From Chest

Minecraft Username: TheAngelEclipse

Brief Description: @fenolix and I shared a Melon Sword, then I was told to pay off a 650k debt to @romper83273 , her and I would instead share the melon sword. I removed fenolix, and added romper. Put the melon sword in the chest, romper took it to borrow it, then later that same day placed it back. I logged on 1-2 weeks later and it was gone. Romper and I were the only ones with access.

Instructions: Melon Sword was put in chest, and gone 1-2 weeks later after not being used and/or taken in/out.

How many times did you recreate this bug?: This only occured once, as I only had one Melon Sword I couldn't possibly try to recreate this.

Result: Melon Sword was gone.

Expected Result: Melon Sword to be in the chest.

Evidence:
This is the Melon Sword, named "Anna"


@ChrisDKN was added to check the block log only to discover that it has been cleared.
(Chest was unlocked shortly after this screenshot when I was told chests need to be unlocked to check.)
This was when romper and I were the only ones still had access (aside from adding ChrisDKN). I believe these are the only two screenshots I have of anything that qualifies as evidence as most of this was done through teamspeak vocally.

romper was the last one/only one who had access to the chest at the time with the melon sword. What is this about a rollback, @origamimaster10 ? rollback for what?
