There is a villager here that can be traded with and does not seem to butcher. Found one of them earlier as well. How many times did you recreate this?: 2 Result: Villager forever! They have not been butchered yet and the normal butcher doesn't seem to effect them. @andrewkm Stood at one for 20min and they're still chillin.
There's been some in the town I'm clearing. They're stacked and you can trade with them and they've been there for days (I've been in the area for hours and hours).
This is now 100% fixed. They will clear every 3 minutes, as our interval was meant to be. (as long as they are in loaded chunks). Was a very rare deep rooted issue due to some incorrect setup on our end. PS: Thanks for being helpful and persistent with this report, it really was a weird one and I never would have guessed it unless I looked this deep into it.
