Minecraft Username: Videowiz92 Brief Description: Using Magic Axe next to a protected region causes blocks to be destroyed slower and sometimes not at all. I believe this behavior is caused by the plugin trying to break the blocks in the protected region and counting to the max limit but because the blocks are protected the plugin keeps counting to other neighboring blocks, thus causing lag since it spreads throughout the protected town while continuously looking for blocks to break. Instructions: Start breaking along a border of a town that you don't have perms to. The blocks that break will begin spreading from where you hit and start to slow down breaking if the trees are dense enough. This was tested in a dense jungle biome. How many times did you recreate this?: I tested halfway across a town that I don't have permissions to to record the posted video. The block breaking slowed down enough while I was adjacent to the town. I don't experience any slow-down of the blocks disappearing when I'm in unprotected or claimed regions of jungle. Result: Magic Axe effect slows down when detecting World Guard protected region. Expected Result: Magic Axe effect spreads from impact until block limit is reached. Spoiler: Using Magic Axe in region with perms Evidence: Breaking freezes next to town Breaking slows down (you can see how it spreads in this shot)
I've now added this to our development todo list for examination. @electronicboy will get back with more information.
