Minecraft Username: pokemaster08 Brief Description: When using a flux pickaxe, I cannot get my iron ore to be smelted. It says that it requires smelting level 250+, and I have level 254. /Smelting says that it has a 33% chance to smelt iron ore and gold ore, but when used, nothing happens. Instructions: 1. Get a Flux Pickaxe and Mining/Smelting level 250+. 2. Place down some iron/gold ore and mine it using the Flux Pickaxe. 3. Get the iron ore back. How many times did you recreate this bug?: Many times. Result: No iron ingots are dropped. Expected Result: Mcmmo gives me a 33% chance for iron/gold ore to be smelted. Evidence: You can skip to 0:38 to see it.
I think that this only works when you're mining it for the first time. Just like how you can't keep placing the same dirt block until you get a glowstone piece. When you're mining, use the flux pickaxe to get it straight out of the ground instead of flux-ing it later on.
