Brief Description: I took an Eff 5, Unbr 3, renamed diamond axe to stone slabs, and it worked

Instructions: Place a stone slab on the ground, and break it with an Eff 5 axe

How many times did you recreate this bug?: Quite a few times

Result: The stone slab broke after a couple tries

Expected Result: Stone slab take a long time to break

    Evidence: http://imgur.com/YDzK95B,P9bUNfJ,vR4daxz,rKS9fLE,nQWKDl3,sGTBcaW

Also, I tried it with an Eff 4, Unbr 3 shovel, and nothing happened

If you use ForgeModLoader, update it to a newer version.

Axes aren't supposed to break the blocks that quickly, the recommended build of Forge still has the old efficiency speeds.
