Minecraft Username: subxplorer Brief Description: I broke a Creeper head in my shop (Station 17) and it completely disappeared. Instructions: 1. Break a Creeper Head by punching it etc. How many times did you recreate this bug?: I only did it once as Creeper Heads are rather expensive. I did try with a zombie and skeleton head and upon breaking they dropped and went into my inventory as expected. Result: Upon breaking the creeper head it vanished. It did not drop as an entity or appear in my inventory. Expected Result: Upon breaking, the creeper head should of dropped and appeared in my inventory. Evidence: None, as the item in question disappeared.
This has happened to me with a player skull before, but it's probably just item despawn at the wrong time. Sometimes items despawn before you even have the chance to pick them up; it's happened several times at my casino.
We do not currently have any item de-spawns in Legacy/Rising. @JamieSinn please generate a creeper head and attempt to reproduce this, if you cannot please delete the creeper head.
Your server may not have a specific de-spawn thing in rising and legacy. But items despawn so often (most of the time in rising). An example of this is the wool at /warp debt many times it simply despawns after being hit out of the dispenser. I suppose it is simply a Mojang bug.
