I confirm it still happens as of 20 Oct 2016 (I hope replying here is not considered necro, as the alternative would have been to make a new identical report)
Does that mean that the developers of the plugin fixed it, but ECC needs to update to the new version? Just to be sure I interpreted correctly
I'm going to guess it's the off-hand slot issue that's come up a few times in different ways. It shouldn't happen if you hold something in your off-hand slot. @JamieSinn , yeah?
