[Bug Report] Breeding Experience

    Brief Description: When breeding animals in Rising you will get experience even though animal breeding is disabled.

    Instructions:

    1) Find 2 Animals.
    2) Breed Them.
    3) Get Exp.

    How many times did you recreate this bug?: 1, but saw it done twice by someone else.

    Result: Obtained experience.

    Expected Result: I would think that exp would be disabled from animal breeding since breeding is disabled.

    Evidence: None.

    I was just about to post this... I did it once and got 3 exp and SlinkyRabbit tried several times and got a bit more. Also, they were horses and we were in Rising, but I'm not sure if it matters...
