This was working previously, as of 15 minutes before posting this. Instructions: Do /back. Expect to go where you previously were. Experience cooldown, be sad instead. How many times did you recreate this?: Several. Relogging and changing servers changed nothing. Result: Do /back and rekt by a cooldown. Expected Result: Do /back and be able to be where I was to make travel easy. Evidence: Here are screenshots of both /myfeatures and the message of the cooldown.
