ign: sinder33 get this bug every time i try then after 1-7 day it go away and after like 7 day it get back i have posted this before but then it get fixed because i think it was lag. but now i get it again and again so this arent just lag please watch the video and if still question comment
I believe you need atleast 5 more levels than your enchantment needs, it only eats 12 levels, but you need 17 levels. It's weird, and I think it's a minecraft/bukkit bug.
i think i have get work before when have 11 and cost 11 but 100% sure. can andrewkm or a developer check this?
