me and my friend wanted to go and checkout random towns in the portal room. my friend saw a portal with the name "Olympus" on it. he said : "Hey, Thats a cool name , im going to check it out". Went in and 2 seconds later calls me on skype and tells me the portal killed him. he dosent know how or why but it just teleported him under ground and chocked him. We Lost all we had. (43 diamonds, 2 stacks of iron blocks, 3 stacks of coal, 64+64 cooked pork chop, 22 gold blocks, 7 gold ingots, a stack of lapiz lazuli Blocks and 5 lapiz and about 7 stacks of wood logs ) our minecraft names are NyekonX and Tomaschko (He lost the items) 1. please fix this bug so other people dont fall victim to that portal 2. please return our items, we spent a few months working to get them BTW: after my friend died i went in to check it out and it started killing me to, i typed /spawn as fast as possible and got out of there alive..... after a few seconds with full health i went in and suddenly the portal was working fine. P.S: all the items i wrote before are not the exact number. i remembered only some of the items and not in that exact quantity.
This is a known glitch and i do have two things 1 The only way to stop this bug is for the owner of the portal to dig a room under the portal 2 For your lost items, i assume they won't be returned but i could be wrong.
All portal bugs are known. You will not be refunded. W You can be telling a lie so you can't be refunded.
As stated above, this is a well known issue that is being worked on. I'm sorry but unfortunately we cannot refund anything you lost.
