yeah, it's a public farm with 5 levels up, 2 levels down and wheat farms on top. It's happened more than once. Not a single plant grew and the melons disappeared.
4 They should grow just fine now, I believe the bug has been fixed. (if it persists, you might have an investigator check it out)
