[Bug] /cmodify

Brief Description:
Using /cmodify public to turn a private chest public does not appear to work.
Instructions:
1. Lock a private chest for yourself.
2. Type /cmodify public
3. Click the chest to see its lock type.
How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Twice.
Result:
Notice: That Private Chest is locked by you.
Expected Result:
Notice: That Public Chest is locked by you.
Evidence:

That URL must be the sound that MadMonster_ would make if this were a real life chest and it opened a bit before slamming shut.... ouch.
@MadMonster_ was unable to open the chest after I had performed /cmodify public, so this is not simply an issue of not updating.

 

Oh, alright. So /cmodify does not work at all, not even to add members to chests?

 

I was a bit confused, thanks for clarifying.

 

I'm still accidentally using /cmodify - imo it should be disabled. Thoughts?
