Instructions: Buying from a trade sign posted by vemund123 (coords: -5390, 162, -1787) I'm trying to buy 50lvls at $2/per. I bought about 1200, but my exp is frozen on level 9 at 213 exp. I relogged, and tried buying more at different times. How many times did you recreate this bug?: Haha, technically hundreds. I relogged once and tried to buy again twice. Result: Money spent but no EXP gained. Expected Result: Money spent, but gaining exp. Evidence:
It was doing this to me too on another users sign. I was buying 1 xp for $1 and my xp level got stuck at level 9, even after purchasing another $10 worth.
It seems to only happen when below level 9. If you go back to the same sign after getting over level 9, via mobs, then the sign will work correctly again.
Heres a temp solution... get 8 levels, store in your own sign. Get 8 more, go back to your sign an break it. Youll be over 9, allowing you to buy as much as needed
