Minecraft Username: DaEpicMiner326 Brief Description: A way to stack buckets over 16 Instructions: 1. Fill buckets with water/lava that are stacked in stacks of 16 with the /fill command 2. Take the stacked 16 buckets and try to combine them with another stack of buckets 3. 1 bucket is left behind and the rest stack 4. Do it until you have over 64 5. stacks over 64 will break off into stacks less then 64 but may unstack with more then 16 6. Do /fill clear to remove liquids if desired If you want with stacked buckets, drag and unstack to fill inventory slots with empty or desired liquid buckets How many times did you recreate this bug?: A few but I have yet to see deviance from the results Result: Stack of 64 buckets to store or use by unstacking them 1 at a time Expected Result: The buckets to unstack into either single or 16 buckets Evidence: *Side note, if you try to use a stack of 2 or more buckets with liquids in it, the bucket turns into 1 buckets and disperses the liquid and the other buckets disappear even with inventory spaces open for excess buckets.
This is a known issue for over 2 years now. There is no issue unless you try to over 64, then you might lose some of the buckets. I have used this "feature" with staff approval for quite a awhile now. Congrats on finding this "undocumented feature." **edit** I just did a simple search for "stacked buckets" and: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/bug-report-stacking-buckets.35768/#post-163090 - milesdarkedge, Jan 7, 2013 ** The search feature: It isn't just decoration.
That's how minecraft works. Normally in vanilla Minecraft when you fill a bucket it becomes unstackable. (though I'm pretty sure it can be fixed to work on ECC)
I found this right before work. I didnt have time to do a search just wrote this out and went to work.
