Denied Btc in Ecc

With stock trader gone, i there no longer any way to invest large amounts of ecodollars long term. Btc in ECC (from this point on labeled the totally changeable name ECCoin) would not only solve this problem, but also be a new and attractive addition to ECC.

Here's how it would work:

Creation and Destruction
Anyone with $100k (or some other predetermined minimum) can put in a request to buy or sell ECCoin at Coinbase btc market price - $1k. This would be processed by staff whenever, and the price is determined when it is processed. The $1k fee is to discourage overuse of this feature as it would be kind of a pain for staff.

user to user trade
Users can trade send ECCoin to each other at any time. This could either function similarly to ecd, or be limited to forums. Some users may be able to make a small profit by selling ECCoin at a premium and buying at a discount, hence reducing the need for creation and destruction.

Why This would work
Stock trader failed due to the plugin being out of date with no feasible replacements, and a replacement would be difficult. A simple plugin like this would be easy to implement and accomplish the same goal. Only one asset has to be monitored, and only when a Creation or destruction occurs. This can be processed by staff, hence requiring no new api.

For a forum only implementation, the only requirement would be a copy paste of the existing currency system, relabeled to ECCoin.
