Brewing Certain Items doesnt reward Alchemy McMMO

Brief Description:
When brewing Phantom Membrane, Rabbit Foot, Turtle Shell (Haven't tested as dont have one to waste) from Awkward Potions in a Brewing Stand. You receive no McMMO for Alchemy once the tier one finishes. Tier two gives mcmmo xp because you use glowstone and redstone dust. Dragons Breath also doesnt reward Alchemy mcmmo when brewing with a splash potion.

Instructions:

1. Brew Awkward Potions using Netherwart.
2. Add Phantom Membrane, Rabbits Foot or Turtle Shell to make potion
3. Receive no mcmmo xp for it
   
   or

1. Create any splash potion by using gunpowder
2. Add Dragons Breath to brewing stand
3. Receive no mcmmo xp for it

How many times did you recreate this?:
Twice on Membranes, Rabbit Feet and Dragons Breath.

Result:
You receive no xp for completing this brewing.

Expected Result:
Receive Alchemy mcmmo xp for this level of brewing
