I am looking for a fairly flat town to make into something great. It does not have to be completely flat but not any big huge buildings preferrably. My budget is 50-60k and thats for full ownership of the town. Respond to here and I'll see when we can meet up ingame. Thanks!!
Another thing is I'm saving money all the time so I can go higher if neccesary. I would not like to pay any more that 85k because for that price i can just pay a resident for a town.
