After examining this myself I have found that the issue seems to be that the /boost free command doesn't do a boost thing on the MN server. The cooldowns are independent of each other, but using /boost free on MN gives you "command doesn't exist" and then fires your cooldown. Looks like a potential permissions issue @andrewkm
This has now been fixed. If you were affected and thrown on a cooldown, that cooldown has been removed.
