  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
This rule means that the use of any hacks that give you an advantage over other players are not tolerated at all and should most definitely not be used.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:
After thinking back to when I was banned I believe I have figured out what happened. I will start off by saying I let my sister use my account every once and a while. I told her not to go on any servers but that she was allowed to play single player. I do this because she does not have a computer or an account that she can use to play minecraft. I am assuming that since I talk about ECC sometimes she may have figured out how the server works and have logged onto it a few times and played on my account. About 20 minutes after my sister gave me my computer back and said she was done playing minecraft I opened up my computer and saw that it was on a screen saying I was banned for ECC. This is why I'm pretty sure she was the one who was hacking on my account. Now I will admit I have huzuni installed on my computer because I like to mess around with it with a few of my friends to see what it can do and how it works so that when we pvp against people who have it we can more easily recognize that they are hacking and record them. When I give my sister my computer I always make sure the profile I am running is just optifine but she must have closed minecraft and opened it up with the huzuni profile. Then she must have used some of the hacks on ECC and the staff must have seen and banned my account. Even though I was not the person on my account at the time it was banned since it is my account I am the only person responsible for what happens on it. It does not matter if it is me or my sister if its on my account then I am responsible. I feel terrible that this happened and I hope that the community can forgive me. I will make sure from now on that no one is ever on my account other than me. Again I feel terrible that this happened and can assure you it will never happen again.

Again as a side note fazemaerican keeps bugging me that I got banned with the eff7 and he wants to use it so is there any way it could be taken out of my inventory and given to him?
