Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients

  • Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
  • Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
  • Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
  • Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
This rule means that the use of any hacks that give you an advantage over other players are not tolerated at all and should most definitely not be used.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I was not hacking and so I'm very confused as to why I was banned or what hacked client I was banned for using. I looked through the complaints and didn't see any against me for hacking or anything so just a bit confused. Since nicit banned me I will tag him. I hope this is ok if not ignore it and il make sure I dont tag staff people in appeals again. @Nicit6

[edit] I was banned with an eff7 that I share with @FazeAmerican and so I was wondering if that could be given to him some how since I'm not sure how long this appeal process takes and I would hate for him not to be able to mine.
