I lost some good stuff while dying and i know that you dont refund those items. But I would really appreciate it if i would get some kind of compensation for the stuff i lost. Yes I looked for them but i didn't found them. I had this too, but mine was a little bit different. I was driving a boat in the mining world and right before i would hit land i suddenly fell into the void. Also if you stand in steep running water with a block above your head you start to suffocate too.
I went in boat and instantly died, it wasn't suffocation or falling into the void or anything, it was sudden death. I lost about 30k worth of stuff in that death :[
