Board Of MavethContract

The Board Of Maveth role gives the applicant the right to vote on decisions in the region and to contribute any ideas on development of the region. The role costs 50,000$ (ECD) and is payable to the regions president, Ghostsjack01. This rank also gives the player the opportunity to sell plots. For any town owners wishing to join the region, this role is necessary.

Reasons for wanting this role: Ludolos wants his town, uluda, to join the region. Ludolos and Ghostsjack01 have been working together between towns, helping eachother out. Ludolos would like to contribute to the development of the region.

contract nullification circumstances :
1) Ludolos goes inactive without notice for 14+ days
2) Ludolos violates any ECC rules
3) Ludolos gets either a permanent ban or a temporary ban. We do not tolerate rule breakers
4) Violation of any region rules
5) Abuse of power
6) applicant No longer wanta the rank

I, ghostsjack01, agree to uphold my side of the contract. I will not, without reasoning, nullify or withdraw the applicants rank or abuse my power. In the case that I commit gross misconduct or I commit any sort of mistreatment towards the applicant, I will pay the amount of 25000$ (ECD) in compensation. In the event that Ludolos commits a nullification act, he will be obligated to pay 25000$ (ECD) in compensation and his role will be removed. No refunds will be issued for this rank at ANY point. If the applicant no longer wants the rank then they will be obligated by contract to sign a nullification order and agree to sacrifice their rank with no refunds.
