What we do: BES, is a building company / manufacturing company, we design our buildings in creative, then re-do them on the server, and sell the for profit, all the while, we use materials that can be collected in large amounts for cheap, you'll never see diamond blocks on our buildings, unless diamonds become cheap! We also do market data organization, we go through shops, collecting the prices of items at all shops, then we publish the cost, for money of course, you can pay 5000$ a week for this service by the way Lastly, we sell towns, with pre-built canals, train stations, roads, street light with working redstone systems! BES will be open in 2 months, this may be shorter if we get large donations. Discounts are also for sale, up to 30% discounts, and town automatically get a 7% discount to all buildings!
BES is working on an affordable multi-purpose tower, the building is 25 floors tall and has it's own storage building that is a 4 floors tall, that is not accessible from the ground, but only the 2nd floor, the bottom two floors of the tower are meant to be for a shop, however it can be changed to a traditional lobby, or the shop can be sectioned off as to not touch residential portions. The storage building is lifted 4 blocks off the ground by stone pillars, the building is 24*12 and is optional, however we recommend it very much, the building will have over 20 apartments, all having a balcony, the main tower is 24*12. I built this building from clay as I had found a clay biome that I could mine, but this can be made from cheaper materials such as stone. Each floor can have 2 apartments, that you could sell for 3-7k each depending on the floors, this means the building will have around 30 apartments, a lot more than what you payed to have it built! The building will cost 30,000 to build and an extra 15,000 for the storage building if you request stone, the price can be bought down dramaticaly, it requires a 24*24 plot to have it built, also permission from the town owner. If you'd like one of these towers built have all these things ready, excluding materials.
