    I, Probuilder300, have established officially Block-Mart stores TM Inc. If you wish to carry such a name for your stores, you must ask me first(ingame with /msg Probuilder300 or /mail send Probuidler300; on forums send me a private message Do NOT post on here for permission!), and pay the copyright fee($5,000/bi-weekly or through buying a store[way cheaper]), this is now an official COPYRIGHT that ECC has to abide by. Do NOT have your store(s) named it whatsoever. Our mottos are "Always Low Prices," and "Save Money, Live Better, Block-Mart." Yes, yes, I know those are from another irl business *cough* Wal-Mart *cough*, but I took it upon myself to establish a Minecraft Version of that store. I will soon post on the For Sale section on the forums on the sizes and costs for a store, if one wishes to buy a store, that I would build myself, and a contract would be signed too. I look forward into spreading my business in ECC.

    idk if u can copyright on here... and if u did then everybody else would want to copyright their own ideas and it would cause a bombardment of legal issues. I get y u want it and to keep it unique but i dnt think u can copyright on this server. If u wanna keep it unique then well... make it unique. If you see somebody is trying to copy your idea then make it different. People will always try and copy success

    We don't protect specific ideas, if we did well... yeah a lot of extra unneeded things. If you want to be "the good the great" just take the "industry" by storm and prove that you're the best of said industry. Plus there have been many "block marts" xD

    This has to be a troll topic, the amount of legalities you would have to go thru to get a copy write in the first place in real life and you want them in a game?? Are you going to sue me if I use your shop name?? Are you going to try and force ECC to make new rules to cater to you and your so called copy writes????. Like I said this is a troll post or this user is demanding ECC cater to him as an individual which I disagree with both.

    I'm locking this thread as this is simply not something we can approve - we have absolutely no rules regarding intellectual property of in game shops/brands/etc.

    If you wish these rules to be created, please make a suggestion.
