Minecraft Username: MrVon Brief Description: Lagged while laying down blocks and reverted inside blocks with random jumps(not space bar) resulting in damage that led to death. Instructions: I placed blocks down a row while walking backwards when the server lagged and my character kept jumping to different blocks and taking damage while the blocks would appear and disappear with each jump. This is in the main world and there was no lava or water to kill me. How many times did you recreate this bug?: Happened the once. Result: Died and lost exp. Expected Result: Random and unlucky to take damage since usually during a lag I will move back to the spot and block info before the lag. Evidence: My word.
While lag does warp back I have had this happen to me a few times, though without the damage. Re-logging into the server or using /spawn or /home should also fix the issue.
