Hi, I was at a loss of what to build in my town and then I come up with the idea of an apartment type building ONLY with a little more than your average type apartment building. So my question to the community is, what would you like to see in a building like this? I can tell you that all apartment's are 20x20 floor space and it's going to be about 4 stories high with a PERSONAL lift assigned for every room! A lobby of course but if there's any thing that you would want to see in the build please leave a comment and I will do my best to put it in as id like to make this with a community focus and if any body is wanting an apartment feel free to contact me by mail and I can try to customize your apartment to your style!! Give the building some shape. I die a little bit every time I see players build giant boxes out of a single material.
same here that's why I have this post going to find out what people but the first thing I though of before this post was big box the only thing that has nerves is the cost but what would you pay ?
A few things 1) I have made an apartment building before and it was a big rectangle but it was different colors which made it look nice but it doesn't really matter since it not a house. 2) Apartment buildings are usually rectangles and are one color irl. Sometimes they might have a little more shape than just a rectangle but still. 3) I like the the all you can eat free breakfast @Grimm123. That would be cool.
hmm, I would pay 5k for a 2 floor room with a balcony and I'll just add everything myself if that would be ok
