Greetings, I have been thinking of making my own MC skin for a long time now. I am not real happy with the one I am using and want to make some tweaks to it. I searched online and the options were a little overwhelming for a Newb like me. I don't know what is trusted and what is crap. So I'll get right to it: What would you suggest as a free option to assist me in making my own MC Skin? What is the best one, or one you use? What should I know before delving into this? Any other info/advise/warnings/direction/etc? Thanks for any help and/or assistance you can provide.

I like Nova for things other than editing/creating skins, but it has some nice options. Never used the first two. I made my on skin on - I believe this is the right name - SkinEdit, which was a program rather than a website. I'm not sure if it's still available or not. Having a plan is a good thing to know, unless you're the type who experiments to get inspiration. :b Saving as you go along is a good idea, too, especially if you have an older computer that will lag and/or crash these sites (or programs).
I suggest SkinEdit, it's what I use. Doesn't really need to be updated unless skin creation gets overhauled or something.
