i read everything to become resident, do i need to make a forum topic titled "resident application" and that's all and wait? or do i need to make a resident forum then click the link and apply to it also? please help i don't want to mess up.

At the top you will see Click here to apply for Resident! Go ahead and click that and apply! I hope this helps you!
