3.)Do you have any features which will benefit the town of Carnitine?: I can create public farms, sell plots, demolish inactive buildings, I'm generally a friendly and generous person, and I have had co-mayor experience.

5.)Do you agree with my co-mayor rules?: Yes, although I think one more co-mayor rule should be that the com-mayors can't abuse their power or kick people from the town without your consent, as both of these were problems with my old town.

Do you have any features which will benefit the town of Carnitine? I am awesome and am good at getting plots sold, i also plan to expand town upon getting president so it will be 200x400.
