Well... it turns out. The same issue is in the iPhone 5 as well. If you are on a CDMA network, you can't talk and browse at the same time. Now I understand why the press who has usually shown Apple as the most innovative company in the universe (not even the world.. universe) is a bit upset about the iPhone 5.
