Minecraft Username: RobertNathaniel Reason: Accused of "Luring a Mod into a PvP area." Counter-Reason: I would like to unbanned from this server because i am being accused of something i did not do. And i did not lure a mod into a pvp area. I had complained in global chat that someone was pvping invisibly in the PvP area and nothing was done so i messaged your Mod 'Tommy_T' One of three Mods that were on at the time, and told him about that he suggested that it was me lagging. Well i would disagree when i and my friend (Darkwolf Some kind of numbers) had been killed by this person. i told him to come to me and watch me get killed by this person. he tped to me while i was in the SafeZone and followed me out and was hit once by another pvper and ran inside. He had claimed he had lost and entire inventory of items when me and the pursuer had not seen him die so he proceeded with banning me from the server for the atempt at getting help from staff. Evidence: I have my friend 'Darkwolf (cannot recall numbers in his user)' that was attacked by this person at the same time i was. And if u ask the pursuer ( mrpublic ) he will say he did not kill anyone by the name of 'Tommy_T' or that he dosent know who that was. i do not have any screen shots of this inccident. RobertNathaniel, As this is a complaint against a staff member you will need to contact andrewkm directly per the rules of submitting a complaint against a user.
RobertNathaniel, Disregard my last statement I thought this was a complaint not an appeal. I will have a supermod check into this further, however Tommy_T is not known for "lieing" about his ban appeals, he is a great mod with ECC. With that said, I suggest that you re-review our server rules and reply back once you have letting us know that you understand them. It will be up to a super mod to unban you if they deem it necessary.
