Minecraft Username: Mega_Tron_11 I had 360k in my bank (300k deposited on Jan. 9th and 60k on Jan. 23. Before Rollback), then about 30 seconds before the server crashed Tuesday, I tried to withdraw all 360k so that i could apply for the rank of Tycoon. The money was never deposited to my account nor back into the bank. Is there anyway to get my money back? Hello @Mega_Tron_11 I apologize for the 2 day wait time however something like this we wanted to ensure receives our full attention as it pertains to user balances which are our highest priorities. After careful investigation for 2+ hours we found the root cause of this issue. It was literally a 0.001% chance situation that involved the routing issues we had with Staminus/Intreppid. Thanks to your report we have been able to identify the issue, ensure we quickly catch it should it ever happen again in the future, and prepare a future code overhaul preventing this inconvience happening again. I've refunded the 360,000 ECD that your account had missing and it should now be reflected on your ECC account in-game.
