You should probably title it "ban request" you should also state that you know it can't be appealed with the 3 days. Just makes it go by faster. have a good break.
For future ban requests, how do you make the title say "Ban Request"? With the addition of the new forms, this appears to be impossible. Correct me if I'm wrong.
You should be able to edit>more options> and edit the title. If not then you should have posted, create new thread and insert the title as "ban request" there's really no format to it. It's not a big deal and they'll still accept this.
