Ban Misunderstanding/Hacking

Hey, I recently downloaded (yesterday) an x-ray texture pack, which I had no intent for using on the server. I only had in mind to use it on my single player world to get a few diamonds to make a disc player. I downloaded it and it completley messed up my Mine craft account single and multiplayer. Single player I know messed it up by not saving even though I saw the auto-save sign at the corner of my screen before I logged out. On multiplayer, I got on and I went mining, like I usually do everyday ( wdeerman as proof ). I did my routine for diamonds, and i found some. After I had mined a block, it immedietly kicked me off the server saying I was banned for x-raying ( I hadn't been on since this morning ), and still now I am banned. I have no idea why this has happened. I am thinking either hacker or Mine craft itself got mixed up with the texture pack and multiplayer.

Please respond if you have the information below:
A) can explain why or have an idea at least
B) can tell me if I have a permanit ban or a temporary ban
C) wants to help in any way

I am willing to give up the 30 or so diamonds I was saving to sell to get the rank pilot, and or total sum of money I have. Also, I am willing to totaly reset my account on Ecocity Craft just to prove I don't know whats happening. Please help because I am not willing to be kicked off the server for something I didnt do without a fight.
