Player : Black_Phantom_ Reason : I thought that it was abandoned and I saw a horse inside so i grabbed it to take care of it. Now i did need to break a few blocks to get to the horse but thats all. Counter-Reason : I wont do it again. From now on, if i see anything that looks abandoned or anything unusual, I will immediately tell the staff. Just incase. I learned my lesson by being ban for 4 months. Evidence : The owner of that house i got into was still living there. So when he came home he saw me. I explain to him " I'm SO sorry, i didn't know that anyone still lived here and i just wanted to help the horse inside". He said ' " ok, thats ok. just don't do it again. but i was still ban. P.S. The man was fine after I explained what happened to him, and why i tried to get in his house.
I'm glad to see you wish to appeal your ban. Grief is a very serious offense, as players pay good money to get their areas protected and they expect those areas to be safe. You seem to have learned your lesson so I hope that this doesn't happen again, or the results may be a more severe punishment.
