IGN: gizzigoogle Reason for Ban: Inappropriate language, Failing to comply to staff and spamming Counter-Reason: In all honesty, I do not even know why I do these kinds of things and try to get banned. But in the future, I will try my best not to get banned. I do realize that what I am doing is totally not accepted and should not be done. I should be listening to the staff and what they have to tell me. I should also be using some better vocabulary instead of swearing and using obscene words and terms when I do talk to the server. Evidence: N/A The server has rules because the people who run the server want the community to stay civilized. If there were no rules nothing would be the same. Everyone could whatever they wanted but with rules people are restricted to what they do. There are rules on the server so that everyone who plays the server has a great time.
Hello, @gizzigoogle. Before I consider unbanning you, I would like for you to quote the rules you were banned for. After you've done that, I want you to explain in your own words why we have these rules in play.
As you know, we do not tolerate Vulgar Language or Spamming on Ecc. When users say inappropriate or vulgar things in chat, it takes away from our image as a family-friendly server. When you spam your already inappropriate messages, it doesn't make it any better. As you've been banned for Vulgar/Inappropriate Language and Spamming before, you should know this by now. As for failing to comply to staff requests, when a staff member tells you to stop doing something, you're expected to stop. I was present when you were banned, and I saw you receive many warnings and kicks prior to your ban, even when staff asked you to stop. If you cant follow staff's directions, and refuse to follow them, then you will be banned. Your ban is an example of this. As you've been offline for a considerable amount of time, I will reduce your ban a bit. When you return, I expect you to be on your best behavior. If you let this happen again, then the consequences of your actions will be far more severe. User Temp-Banned for 16 hours.
