Username: DeVaHz Reason: For trespassing a ban. Counter Reason: I logged onto my account, and user Stolio thought I trespassed the ban by doing so. Last time I read the rules, I don't remember seeing "Don't log onto minecraft, or your account may be mistaken for your alternative one". Evidence: So here's the story: A friend of mine uses my alternate minecraft account (xXPureXXSluxXx) to play minecraft. He once logged onto ECC, and used strong, vulgar language nonstop. He received multiple warnings, but kept on doing so. Later, he was banned. About a day after he was banned, I logged onto my REAL account (DeVaHz), and went to try ECC. About a week later, Stolio found out that xXPureXXSluxXx was my alternate account. I told him that it WAS my alternate account, and Stolio thought that it was me who was banned on xXPureXXSluxXx, and that I was responsible for it, which is completely true, Therefore, he banned DeVaHz. You will not catch my friend doing so anymore, as I will look over his behaviour on ECC. This does not have to do with DeVaHz in any way, so the by all means, the account definitely deserves to be unbanned, and banning someone for "trespassing" a ban on another account is not at all reasonable, so it should not have been banned in the first place over a mistaken thought (Please note that xXPureXXSluxXx has been unbanned).
If anything, it was this rule: Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts are not tolerated on this server.

Look, Stolio banned me and said that once Slux was unbanned, i could send in my ban appeal and that he'd read it. its been 2 hours, im still wating.
@DeVaHz You posted your ban appeal 20 minutes ago. Be patient and do not bump your appeal. If you don't have anything to add then do not post.
Seeing as the account xXPureXXSluxXx has been unbanned, I will be unbanning you as well. Id like to also mention that ban appeals are handled whenever the appropriate staff has the time, not whenever you want it to be done. There is absolutely no need to be continually posting on this appeal, just listen to what staff members say. Locked. User Unbanned.
