Minecraft Username: jellyhead14 Reason: multiacount scaming Counter-Reason: so it started off with Derekcarter oweing me 320kECD and i am not online a lot at the moment due to some personal reasons. any way i told him my Minecraft password/user name, i told him when you get money go on to my account and pay me. so i gess he did as i asked but he turned out getting the money illegal witch i dident know till the morning i tried to log on. i understand now that "multiacount" is agansted the Ecocitycraft rules stated here: Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts are not tolerated on this server. If you are caught using two or more Minecraft accounts to benefit you, all accounts will be banned and you will lose the ability to play on the EcoCityCraft server permanently. Multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP are allowed so long as the accounts are used by different people. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Revanrose6, I am one of the targets of DerekCarter's and Jellyhead14's scam. I was wondering if I would get my stolen Item back? Thank you for your hard work and feedback!
The following scams are owed and to the following users: @Smartbomb77 - Owed $20,000 @GamingFoxYT - Owed $120,000 @Infinity_Blader - Owed $125,000 or MIQ+ @skittlesbanana - Owed $50,000 In total this means you owe $315,000 or $190,000 and Donation Feature MIQ+. The actions of your account and Derekcarters were completely unacceptable. The fact of the matter is regardless of whether you told him to do this or not, you gave him access to your account and allowed him to funnel scammed money into your account. Honestly, I'm still not even sure you two are not the same person. What happened on your account was your responsibility. As of right now your account will be receiving a 3 week temp ban followed by 21 days to repay the owed funds. This means the total funds need to be repaid by July 10th, 2014. In the event that any or all of these funds are not repaid, the four players involved have ever right to file a new complaint. Finally, I want to make this incredibly clear. If your account is found to have done something like this again you will be looking at a very severe ban, possibly even a perma. This is not tolerable under any circumstances.
